  • We specialize in therapeutic massage, including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, relaxation, and prenatal massage.

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete intake forms and discuss your goals with your RMT. Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to relax.

  • A doctor’s referral is usually not required. However, some insurance plans may request one—check with your provider.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
